I'm a self-taught artist from Clinton Township, Michigan. I specialize in painting fantasy art, particularlly moody, dark fairies and fantasy women. When not painting darker subjects, which are my particular favorites, I tend to paint fantasy women who are one with nature in some way... storm goddesses, flower fairies, shamans. My work is done mostly in watercolors but I occasionally work in acrylics and colored pencil.

My artwork has been licensed on several products, including rubber stamps, cross stitch patterns, fabric patches and iron-on transfers. I've been published in The New Masters of Fantasy, Vol. III, ArtWanted.com's Creative Minds artbook, and ImagineFX Magazine! I also self-published my own art book, Dark Visions, in 2009.

I have fans from all over the world and sell original paintings, prints and other merchandise through my personal website www.elvenstarart.com, and other various online shops, such as Etsy and Ebay.
